Wage / Salary

At our companies, we understand the value of hard work and dedication. That’s why we offer salaries that are not only competitive across various sectors but also responsive to individual performance. Our experienced supervisory team ensures that excellence doesn’t go unnoticed, with deserving team members receiving increments that celebrate their achievements.

Insurance (Health, Dental, and Vision)

After 60 days of employment, employees are eligible to sign up for health, dental, and vision insurance, of which the employer covers a portion of the premium. Employees can opt for a single, single plus dependent(s), or family plan. Additionally, a variety of other insurance products are available through Baranko Companies.

After 5 consecutive years of employment, the companies will cover half of the employee’s share of the cost, regardless of whether you opt for a single, single plus dependent, or family plan.

After 10 consecutive years of employment, we will cover the entire cost, again regardless of the plan type.

401(k) Retirement Savings

After one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked, employees become eligible to join the company’s 401(k) plan. The company matches 50% of contributions up to 4% of eligible compensation. So, if an employee contributes 4%, the company will contribute an additional 2% of eligible wages.

Paid Time Off (PTO)/Vacation

In the first year of employment, employees can accrue up to 40 hours of vacation time, increasing to 80 hours in their second year. After 5 consecutive years, employees can accumulate up to 120 hours, and after 10 consecutive years, up to 160 hours.
